The Henley 100 Club is a private members club, based in Henley and limited to a 100 Members. The purpose of the Club is to support the Henley Gallery and the Education Centre at the River & Rowing Museum. Members also enjoy being part of a unique social and business network. Whilst there is no joining or membership fee, Members are asked to make an annual donation, within a prescribed range, to our Registered Charity. The Club gatherings include two Black Tie dinners and numerous other social and cultural events throughout the year.
The Henley 100 Club would be delighted to hear of anyone who wants to join the Club. To join the Club, one must simply be Proposed by an existing Member of the Club and await a vacancy. The Proposer needs to know the Proposed Member well in order to properly support the application. Often a Proposed Member will also have a Seconder, who is also a Member of the Club. We suggest that a Proposed Member be first invited to attend a formal or informal guest event by his Proposer. All those who would like to put a Proposed Member forward should fill in this form and send it to the Club. This gives the Membership Committee a brief insight into the Proposed Member and enables them to confirm an existing Member has not previously asked that that person not be invited to join. The Proposed Member will immediately be invited to join the Club as soon as a vacancy arises.
